Thermotech Environmental Inc. provides many cost saving methods for the

Insurance Industry.

1)   We provide temporary heat for structures were the heating

system has been lost.

2)   We dry out structures quickly which reduces the possibility

of mould growth.

3)   We thaw and dry frozen structures were heat and water loss

has occurred.

                Advantages of this system:

1)   Dry out and heat the structure quickly to prevent mould growth

2)   In most cases our process restores the structure to it’s original

condition which results in substantial cost savings

                                        3) Reduces the amount of materials going to the landfills.

                Case Study 1

                Frozen Structure at Pigeon Lake

A water leak occurred in the basement of the house.

Moisture was circulated by furnace until cold weather froze propane tank

Ice build up was so severe, the owner had to break a windows to gain access

The interior of the home was completely covered with frost and ice.

Adjuster surveyed the structure and called Thermotech as he felt our

process would be most cost effective.

Thermotech setup around 6:00 PM and turned on the heat and the process

was run for 48 hours.

After 48 hours, the complete structure was dried including the basement

                floors and walls.

The next morning the structure was checked with the homeowner and he

was extremely pleased. He said “I have my house back !”

All of the drywall, ceiling, hardwood flooring and furniture were saved.

Note: two small areas of the hardwood flooring were damaged but this

had occurred before the process was started.

Cost savings was estimated at $39,000.00

Subject: Cabin at #1   Pigeon Lake

Dear Mr. Van Ginkel,

The Cusack Family wants to express our sincere gratitude for saving our cabin at

Pigeon Lake.  When I first walked into the cabin and saw the water/frost damage,

I was devastated and thought all was lost.  There was an inch of frost on the windows,

doors, and light switches.  Additionally, there was a layer frost on the interior walls

and ceiling, and an inch of water and ice on the basement floor.  In discussions with the

disaster recovery company we originally thought the walls and ceiling were going to

have to be replaced.  This would have been due to traditional methods of gradually

heating the house up, frost turning into moisture, penetrating the drywall and turning into

mould.  Thermotech however uses a unique method of rapidly heating the house up to a

temperature that turns frost into vapor.  This technique also allowed the air in the house

to be exchanged every three minutes so the moisture never had a chance to penetrate

any surface.  The end result was minimal damage to our new cabin and tens of thousands

of dollars in cost savings.   Again, we want to thank the crew at Thermotech for doing an

outstanding job and would gladly endorse their services.

Regards,

R Cusack
