Subject: Cabin at #1
Dear Mr. Van Ginkel,
The Cusack Family wants to express our sincere gratitude for saving our cabin at
I was devastated and thought all was lost. There was an inch of frost on the windows,
doors, and light switches. Additionally, there was a layer frost on the interior walls
and ceiling, and an inch of water and ice on the basement floor. In discussions with the
disaster recovery company we originally thought the walls and ceiling were going to
have to be replaced. This would have been due to traditional methods of gradually
heating the house up, frost turning into moisture, penetrating the drywall and turning into
mould. Thermotech however uses a unique method of rapidly heating the house up to a
temperature that turns frost into vapor. This technique also allowed the air in the house
to be exchanged every three minutes so the moisture never had a chance to penetrate
any surface. The end result was minimal damage to our new cabin and tens of thousands
of dollars in cost savings. Again, we want to thank the crew at Thermotech for doing an
outstanding job and would gladly endorse their services.
Regards,
R Cusack
