We heat to 140F or 60C for 4 hours to penetrate all areas the pest hids. This eliminates the need to throw out Furnishings and mattresses and sanitizes the complete structure. The Thermapure heat process will also eliminate all forms of the pest in ONE treatment and give the benefit of eliminating Allergens and other pests as well. This is a very eco friendly process that is very beneficial to multi unit dwelling such as Senior housing and apartment complexes.

Our company also provides other areas were heat is required such as loss of heat in a structure and drying of structure or materials. Thermotech also employs trained Mould inspectors to provide you with accurate mould testing and options for remediation.
