We can do visual non-destructive testing for moisture and humidity with moisture meters or hygrometers.

We can do visual destructive testing for moisture with a Boroscope. This way by drilling a hole into the structure, we can view behind the building material to judge the extent of the mould or moisture intrusion.

We can do Air Quality testing for mould by drawing a calibrated volume of air through an Air-O-Cell cartridge. This cartridge is then sent of to the lab for analysis. Once we get the results back, a mould report is created with results and remediation recommendations.
